Enclosures are CNC-machined for standard 22mm control element mounting holes with precise center-to-center spacing. The drilled holes are deburred and the sealing surface is verified flat to within 0.1mm to ensure the control element’s O-ring seal achieves IP66 rating. Push buttons, emergency stop mushrooms, selector switches, and pilot lights are fitted with their individual sealing gaskets and torqued to the manufacturer’s specified mounting nut torque.
