June marks the 25th National “Safety Production Month” in China, centered on the theme “Everyone Talks About Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response.” In alignment with this initiative, KRIPAL Electric organised a series of dedicated safety production training sessions and fire emergency drills, reinforcing the company’s safety foundation and supporting high-quality development.

On June 9, the company conducted a safety production knowledge training session, inviting Lin Xiangmin, a certified instructor from Wenzhou Sihua Safety Technology Co., Ltd., to deliver the course. The training achieved full coverage of key positions, with attendance from team leaders and above across the production center, as well as key personnel from all departments.

During the session, the instructor addressed the specific characteristics of electrical industry production, systematically covering safety production regulations, position-specific risk identification, and hazard investigation procedures. Through detailed analysis of representative accident cases, participants gained a deepened understanding that safety lapses carry consequences that extend far beyond the immediate workplace.
Attendees actively took notes and engaged in discussions, connecting theoretical concepts to their daily work realities. The session successfully translated safety knowledge into practical awareness that will inform day-to-day operations.

On the morning of June 13, the company’s fire emergency drill proceeded as scheduled, with participation from all production staff and department representatives. As the fire alarm sounded, the drill officially commenced. Department heads promptly organized personnel evacuation, with employees covering their mouths and noses with damp towels and maintaining low postures while exiting through designated safety corridors. The entire evacuation process was orderly and efficient.

During the hands-on session, employees learned the proper use of fire extinguishers and fire hoses in sequence, completing fire suppression exercises in simulated smoke conditions. Participants mastered the standard fire extinguisher operation procedure of “Pull, Aim, Squeeze, Sweep.” From emergency evacuation to fire suppression, every step was executed according to pre-established protocols, effectively enhancing staff members’ ability to respond collaboratively to sudden fire incidents.

Safety is the lifeline of business operations and a fundamental pillar of the electrical industry. This Safety Production Month initiative embedded safety awareness into daily thinking while making emergency response skills immediately actionable.
Moving forward, KRIPAL Electric will continue to conduct regular safety training and emergency drills, maintaining an unwavering sense of responsibility to build a robust safety production defense system.
