On March 22, 2026, the Yueqing Half Marathon officially began. Surrounded by beautiful coastal scenery, runners from across the country gathered to test their physical limits. The bright spring weather provided a perfect setting for this incredible event. For Kripal Electric, however, this race represented much more than a simple sporting competition. It was a powerful display of our corporate culture and team resilience.

Fifteen Runners Start Shoulder to Shoulder
Operating under the team slogan Shared Vision and Moving Forward Together, a dedicated group of fifteen Kripal employees took to the starting line. General Manager Lin Tiemin and Deputy General Manager Lin Jian led the group. The team included core members from our technology, sales, and finance departments.
When the starting gun fired at eight in the morning, their bright red team uniforms stood out beautifully in the massive crowd. They ran shoulder to shoulder, supporting one another from the very first step all the way to the final sprint. They maintained a steady rhythm that perfectly reflected the momentum of our company.

The Marathon Mindset Matches Corporate Growth
Running a long distance race requires the exact same mindset as building a successful global enterprise. There are simply no shortcuts. Over the past thirty years, Kripal has grown from a local manufacturer into a global electrical supplier through steady and continuous effort.
We achieved this success not through rapid short term bursts, but through endurance and step by step progress. This marathon perfectly mirrors our corporate philosophy of sustained focus and long term resilience in the electrical manufacturing industry.

Unwavering Support from the Sidelines
A strong team relies on incredible support. While the runners pushed their physical limits on the track, a dedicated cheering squad brought massive energy to the sidelines. Assistant to the Chairman Huang Hua, Vice President of Technology Hu Changyong, Director of Human Resources and Administration Shang Youqing, and Administrative Manager Lei Xianyi led this enthusiastic support group.
Every wave and loud shout gave our runners the extra motivation they needed to push forward. When the red Kripal uniforms passed by the station, the cheering grew even louder. The true meaning of a team involves providing continuous strength from places where everyone can see and hear each other.

Building a Stronger Corporate Culture
Our team slogan represents an active daily practice. We started our running tradition with just eight participants in Longwan and have now grown to fifteen runners in Yueqing. This growing participation shows how sports are becoming a foundational part of the Kripal culture.
Running provides a brilliant way for team members to connect outside the office. It allows people from entirely different departments to understand each other better, match their rhythms, and work together toward a shared goal.
