UKRT18PV DC fuse holders is designed for photovoltaic systems, with a rated operational voltage of DC 1000V and a conventional thermal current rating of up to 125A. They are used in electrical circuits as supports for PV-specific fuse links of size up to 22×58.

Applications

  • PV String Circuits: Used between each solar panel string and combiner box, paired with PV-specific fuses. Common in residential PV inverter input ends and commercial/industrial PV combiner boxes.
  • DC Side of PV Inverters: Protects inverter DC input ends from overcurrent surges, avoiding damage caused by abnormal PV module power generation.
  • Battery Cluster Circuits: Protects lithium/lead-acid battery clusters from overcurrent (due to overcharging, short circuits, or single-cell faults) in residential PCS or large storage plants.
  • Storage Inverter DC Side: Guards inverter-battery lines against overload from inverter faults or abnormal battery discharge.
  • Telecom Base Stations: Secures 48V/240V systems (base station transceivers, backup batteries) from overcurrent caused by grid fluctuations or short circuits.
  • Data Centers: Used in UPS DC battery circuits to prevent server downtime by protecting UPS inverters and servers from battery-fault power outages.
