KRIPAL UKG1 Series Cam Switch combines robust construction, wear-resistant performance, and clear position indexing, complying with international IEC standards.
It is widely used in industrial equipment, power distribution systems, and home appliances for functions such as circuit switching, stage adjustment, and power isolation.
Available in various handle colors and panel sizes, it supports flexible customization to meet diverse customer requirements.

- The handle features an anti-slip texture, and the panel is equipped with position indicators. When rotated, it drives the internal operating shaft to rotate synchronously, with common fixed switching angles such as 30°, 60°, and 90°, ensuring precise position indexing.
- The core functional component consists of one or more cam lobes, which are customized according to control requirements and enable synchronous switching of single or multiple circuits.
- The electrical contacts are made of silver alloy, enhancing conductivity and arc resistance. The housing is constructed from flame-retardant ABS or PC material, and the protection rating is mostly IP20.
Applications
- Functions as a spindle speed position switch and tool changeover control switch, enabling quick adjustment of processing parameters through multi-position switching.
- Works with contactors to achieve motor forward/reverse rotation switching and start-stop control, while also serving as a motor power isolation switch for maintenance purposes.
- Serves as a branch power transfer switch or backup power transfer switch in distribution cabinets and switchgears.
- Acts as an auxiliary circuit transfer switch in photovoltaic inverters and energy storage systems, suitable for low-voltage DC/AC scenarios such as cooling fan and monitoring circuit switching.
- Operates as mode selector switch in HVAC equipment and temperature zone adjustment switch in commercial ovens.
- Provides start-stop and position control in compact machinery like car washers and small pumps, featuring simple construction and cost-effective design that meets reliability requirements for civil applications.
- Compatible with thermal overload relays and circuit breakers to deliver comprehensive motor protection.
