As part of this year’s “Workplace Safety Month,” our company invited Mr. Guo Ze, a senior instructor from Wenzhou Sihua Safety Technology Co., Ltd., to conduct an engaging and highly informative Safety Production Knowledge Training Conference on June 7. The goal of the event was to strengthen employees’ awareness of workplace safety and reinforce the company’s long-standing commitment to protecting both operational stability and employee wellbeing.

Instructor Guo opened the session by clearly explaining why safety is essential to every enterprise. He emphasized that safety is more than following rules, it is the foundation of a company’s survival and long-term development. A single accident can lead to significant financial losses and irreversible damage to a company’s reputation. Therefore, integrating safety awareness into every aspect of daily work is not only each employee’s responsibility but also a critical part of sustaining healthy company growth.

He then outlined common types of workplace accidents, including mechanical injuries, falls from height, electrical hazards, and fires. Through real case studies, photos, and video demonstrations, employees gained a vivid understanding of the risks associated with each scenario. Instructor Guo also offered practical prevention techniques and risk-identification methods tailored to different job roles, encouraging employees to stay alert and address potential hazards before they escalate.

A major portion of the training focused on emergency response procedures. What to do when an accident occurs. Instructor Guo detailed the proper steps to take, from reporting incidents and securing the site to administering first aid and restoring equipment. He stressed that taking the right actions in the first critical moments can significantly reduce losses and protect lives.

The final segment of the training covered Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), a lifesaving skill that everyone should know. Under the guidance of safety professionals, participants learned the key steps of CPR, including assessing responsiveness, calling for help, performing chest compressions, and giving rescue breaths. Through hands-on demonstrations and simulated practice, employees gained a deeper understanding of how vital this skill can be in emergency situations.

The successful completion of this training session not only enhanced employees’ overall safety awareness but also strengthened their ability to prevent and respond to workplace accidents. It contributes to creating a safer and more harmonious working environment for everyone. We believe that through the continued efforts of all employees, the spirit of “Workplace Safety Month” will extend into our daily operations, reinforcing a strong and lasting foundation for the company’s ongoing development.
