Our manufacturing strength is anchored in three major production bases totaling 100,000 m², featuring 32 production lines capable of producing more than 200 product types annually.

We achieve complete vertical integration through 100% in-house component manufacturing using automated production and assembly, supported by a dedicated R&D team and a state-of-the-art laboratory. Mold Center

The kripal electric is dedicated to delivering exceptional mold solutions with comprehensive in-house capabilities covering the entire process-from design to manufacturing.

Our experienced design team uses advanced software suchas ug, CAD, Moldflow, and CAE for structural analysis and optimization, ensuring every mold is well-designed and highly reliable.

On the manufacturing side, we’re equipped with a full suite of state-of-the-art machinery, including high-precision japanese CNC centers, EDM, WEDM, precision grinders, and cmmsfor inspection. Our CNC machining accuracy reaches 0.002 mm, ensuring top-tier precision.

From complex mold design to precise part machining,strict quality control, and final trial runs, we provide efficient and reliable solutions for injection molds, stamping dies,and more-ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production.

Injection Molding Workshop

The Kripal injection molding workshop spans 1,000 square meters and houses 50 intelligent automated machines to handle large-volume production with exceptional efficiency. Our centralized material feeding system supplies premium engineering plastics that meet rigorous international standards for strength, flame retardancy, and environmental compliance. Furthermore, fully integrated five-axis robotic arms manage precise copper insert placement, automatic clamping, and chilled water cooling to ensure that every component achieves superior consistency and quality.

Stamping Workshop

Dedicated to manufacturing excellence, the Kripal stamping workshop utilizes high-grade materials including pure copper and high-strength galvanized steel to ensure the structural integrity of every component. The workshop is equipped with high-speed stamping machines from 5 to 500 tons that are housed in noise-controlled rooms to facilitate fast, precise forming and integrated tapping. By combining these advanced machines with automated silver point welding and riveting, we guarantee that each component meets rigorous performance standards. This integration of smart technology and strict process control provides the essential reliability found in all Kripal electrical solutions.

Electrical Instrument Machining Workshop

The KRIPAL machining workshop is mainly responsible for the precision manufacturing of core component spins and sockets for various industrial waterproof plug and socket products, as well as key parts used across our electrical product lines.

The KRIPAL machining workshThe workshop uses high-quality brass materials that comply with international environmental standards, ensuring excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and full compliance with RoHS and other global certifications.op is mainly responsible for the precision manufacturing of core components—pins and sockets for various industrial waterproof plug and socket products, as well as key parts used across our electrical product lines.

In terms of equipment, the workshop is equipped with high-speed precision automatic lathes for mass production of 16A and 32A standard components. It also features fully automated CNC turning systems designed for efficient processing of larger current ratings such as 63A, 125A, and 150A, with integrated automatic loading and unloading for continuous operation.
